Installation & Activation Guide
Follow this guide to download, install and activate Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus on your Windows PC.
Before You Start
Please make sure that:
- You are using a compatible Windows PC.
- You have received your product key from Keys4All.
- Your internet connection is active.
- You follow the activation method included with the product you purchased.
Download Office 2024
Download the Office 2024 Professional Plus installer from our download page. You can select the appropriate 32-bit or 64-bit version when available.
Once the download is complete, run the installer and wait for Microsoft Office to finish installing.
Open Office & Enter Your Product Key
After installation, open an Office application such as Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel.
When Office asks you to activate your product, enter the product key provided with your Keys4All order.
After entering the key, continue to the activation method corresponding to the product you purchased.
Choose Your Activation Method
Keys4All offers different types of Office licenses. Please follow the method specified for the product you purchased.
Online Activation
Use this method if you purchased an Online Activation Key.
- Make sure your computer is connected to the internet.
- Open Microsoft Word or Excel.
- Enter the product key provided with your order.
- Continue with the Microsoft activation process.
- Allow Office to connect to Microsoft's activation service.
If online activation completes successfully, you do not need to send us an Installation ID.
Phone Activation
Use this method if you purchased a Phone Activation Key.
- Open Microsoft Word or Excel.
- Enter the product key supplied with your order.
- Open the Office activation window.
- Select Activate by Phone.
- Office will display an Installation ID (IID).
- Take a clear screenshot or copy the complete Installation ID.
- Send the Installation ID to Keys4All Support.
Keep the activation window open and do not change your product key while waiting for your Confirmation ID.
Send Your Installation ID
Send the complete Installation ID (IID) displayed by Office to our support team.
You can send a screenshot, but please make sure that every Installation ID group is clearly visible.
We need the Installation ID displayed by Office to process phone activation.
Enter Your Confirmation ID
After receiving your Installation ID, Keys4All Support will provide the corresponding Confirmation ID (CID).
- Return to the Office activation window.
- Enter the Confirmation ID into the corresponding fields.
- Double-check that all numbers have been entered correctly.
- Click Next or Activate.
Office should then complete the activation process.
Verify Your Activation
Open Microsoft Word or Excel and navigate to:
Check the product information section to confirm that your Office installation shows as activated.
Troubleshooting
Product key is not accepted
Check that the key was entered correctly and that you installed the Office edition specified in your order.
Online activation doesn't work
Verify your internet connection and confirm that your order includes an Online Activation Key. If the problem continues, contact our support team with a screenshot of the complete error message.
Can't find Activate by Phone
Make sure you are following the instructions for a Phone Activation product. If the option is unavailable, contact Keys4All Support and send us a screenshot of your activation window.
