Phone Activation Guide

Follow the steps below to activate your Office 2024 Home & Business license using phone activation and our Keys4All CID service.

⚠️ Before You Start

Please make sure you have your Office 2024 Home & Business product key ready before starting the activation process.

This guide is specifically for phone activation. If Office asks you to activate by phone, follow the steps below and contact Keys4All for the required Confirmation ID (CID).

Download Office 2024 Home & Business

Download the official Office 2024 Home & Business installation file using the button below.

After downloading, install Office 2024 on your Windows PC.

Install Microsoft Office 2024

Open the downloaded installation file and complete the Office installation process.

Once installation is complete, open Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint.

Enter Your Office Product Key

When prompted, enter the 25-character Office 2024 product key that you received from Keys4All.

If the activation screen does not appear immediately, open an Office application and go to the activation section.

Select Phone Activation

When Microsoft displays the available activation methods, select Phone Activation or the option indicating that you want to activate Office by telephone.

Find Your Installation ID

After selecting phone activation, Microsoft will display an Installation ID.

The Installation ID is a series of numbers displayed on the activation screen.

Get Your Confirmation ID (CID)

Once you have your Installation ID, send it to our Keys4All CID service. Our team will process the request and provide the Confirmation ID (CID) required to complete the activation.

Please include your Installation ID and order information when contacting us.

Enter the Confirmation ID

After receiving your Confirmation ID from Keys4All, return to the Office activation window.

Enter the CID in the corresponding activation fields and continue through the activation process.

Follow the instructions displayed by Microsoft until the activation process is completed.

✅ Verify Your Office Activation

Open Word, Excel or another Office application.

Go to your account or product information section and verify that Office is activated successfully.

You can now start using your Office 2024 Home & Business applications.

Office does not show Phone Activation

Make sure you have installed the correct Office 2024 edition and that the product key corresponds to the installed version.

I cannot find my Installation ID

Return to the Office activation screen and select the phone activation option. If you still need help, contact Keys4All Support.

My CID does not work

Do not repeatedly enter random activation codes. Contact Keys4All Support with your order information and the Installation ID so our team can check the activation request.
